1.   let my hair down:

2.   keep your hair on:

3.   I am going to tear my hair out : 撕頭髮~~表示超焦慮!

recently, I have just been very anxious about my uncertain  future,

though I have told myself thousand times not to be defeated by matters

that have not occurred.

Nevertheless, the more times I remind myself, the more anxious I am.

so ,as the idiom goes, I should stop tearing my hair, letting my hair down.

sigh~

There are three primary reasons to issue biometric ID cards:

to avoid false IDs, strengthen the identification process and also

offer an authorization possibility for services such as online purchases

wow how cute bears ~ but they suffer terrible losses and exstinction!

according to the news from BBC, bears living in North America

are thriving in that there are enormous amount of

effort and funding for conservation , but some living in Asia or

 South America are not.

Contrasts sharply with Asia and South America  , where conservation

funding is poor but the need extreme.

Bears there suffer heavy losses from poachers and their organs are

sold as a delicacy. Recently,China have been directed towards the

consevation of the giant panda and widespread reforestation

programmes
. Despite this work, the panda is still on the endangered

list. It's too early to tell whether the conservation work is hacing an

effect on populations.
